On July 10, 2018, Brandon Youth Soccer Association (BYSA) was declared a “member not in good standing” by WRSA, resulting BYSA being a non-sanctioned entity and affecting the ability of the children registered with BYSA to participate in sanctioned leagues, tournaments or competitions and the insurance provided through MSA.
WRSA raised numerous concerns with BYSA in April of 2018, including the fact that the executive committee members were making independent decisions and overruling decisions made by the Board and failing to comply with BYSA’s Constitution and By-laws. BYSA took no steps to correct this behaviour and caused fines to sanctioned against the organization.
We, the undersigned, are members of BYSA and require a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held in August 2018 to discuss the removal of all current board members and replace them with new board members.

The kids are missing out on games because of this mess. We need new leadership now so they can get back on the field before the season is totally over.
