To the 25th Ward and Alderman Board: I hereby present this petition in hopes to execute with your permission by requesting an honorary street sign in loving memory and remembrance to Artis Chapman. Artis Chapman was a businessman who reached out to people without expecting anything in return. In addition, to his legacy DOT.COM will forever remain and will touch the lives of our youth to promote positive reinforcement throughout the community. We, the undersigned, are citizens who were affected by the positive actions of Artis Chapman. We believe that everything he stood for should not go in vain, and hereby willingly sign this petition with great expectation that the honor of his legacy shall live on.
