As you know that Pakistani/Pakistani origin students are represented by - a single campus wide entity - Penn Pakistan Society. The organization is a mix all of undergraduate and graduate students across all programs, departments and schools at Penn. PPS is a member of the Select Committee of GAPSA for represented minorities. As members of the GAPSA Select Committee our organization had applied for funding from GAPSA but the Select Committee did not recognize us as a body with adequate graduate student representation. If you are a graduate student and a PPS member (student from Pakistan/of Pakistani origin), please sign this petition for recognition of our status.
