We, the undersigned members of the Medley of Mirada community, strongly oppose the decision to ban music at the clubhouse after events. We believe music enhances our gatherings and fosters a sense of community, and we only seek permission for music to be played within official clubhouse hours.
This ban negatively impacts our ability to enjoy social events, celebrations, and community gatherings. As long as the music remains at a reasonable volume and within designated clubhouse hours, we see no valid reason for this restriction.
We respectfully request that Lennar reconsider this policy and allow music within the clubhouse during its operating hours.
This is an active adult community. The hours at the clubhouse are reasonable. We are not children.

Medley Social Club2 does a lot for the Medley community far as entertainment is concerned. I myself volunteer my time and effort to provide entertainment for the community. I’ve doing this since last summer. It’s a shame that rules are being placed that you must have a W9 or Certificate Of Insurance to play music at the outside bar. I’m not under contract or getting paid for my services. This is strictly volunteering my time so residents can enjoy themselves.
