This petition was created to testify against the accusation towards Darcy Smith; former teacher of McMicken Heights Elementary School. The accusation being that she had an inappropriate relationship with a former student. The signatures below belong to students and parents that strongly stand in negation to this accusation. This petition is to only be used for purposes of acting as witnesses to furthermore stand in the opposition of the accusation against Mrs. Smith.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens of the Highline School District who testify against the accusation of Darcy Smith having an inappropriate relationship with one of her former students. By signing we are allowing for school district officials or any police officer who is involved with the investigation to use us as name witnesses for further evidence involving the relationship that Mrs. Smith had with any of her previous students.
