I am a former 6th grade student of Darcy Smith as well as a family friend. Inside of the classroom she always acted professional with each one of her students. She taught about the importance of being a self motivated, having academic humility and about simply valuing your education. Mrs. Smith also constantly spoke of the mutual respect that a teacher and student should have towards one another. She is the epitome of what it means to be an exceptional educator. Words can not even begin to express how thankful I am to have had her as my teacher. Thank you for teaching me to have courage to stand for what I believe in.

Darcy has been a friend of my family for over 30 years. The accusations against her are in no way how I know Darcy to be and go completely against her character.

I know her personally and this is ridiculous. anyone who knows her knows that this isn't true. she's done nothing but open her house and be there for people when no one else was. she always puts everyone before herself.shes always done that since I met her 12 years ago. she's an amazing teacher who's been there for her students. it breaks my heart to see her have to go through something she didn't do. I'm behind her 100% and when it proves she didn't do it, anyone who thinks she did can stfu.

I know darcy smith I know how she is she is a loving and caring person. she helps people who are in need kids go to her when they need to talk to someone kids came to her instead of counselors. she's a women with great hart. she made me the smart and young beautiful girl I am today and she did that for many others. The boy is not grateful for what smith did and her family did for him.

I support Darcy 100%. I have known Darcy for about 15 years and I have no doubt in my mind that these allegations are false. It's a shame that someone is being punished for wanting to help others.

This is my second mom. She has helped me at my worst times and has not let anyone down in her life. She is praised as a good mother, teacher and a just a down to earth person. She has loved me and cared for me uncondionally. She brings the good in everyone that she meets and shines a lot to many of those she has taught. For me personally she helped me find myself and made me understand that there are good people in this world. Lets win this battle for my second mom that you all know she has done nothing wrong and these charges should be dropped and never have started. I love this woman and lets make sure the truth comes out that she is innocent.

Mrs. Smith is possibly the most kind hearted, open, giving person this world has. Until this day I remember all she taught me from school to just being a kid/young lady. She could and would never do this to somebody. I cannot believe these accusations are out. She has children of her own and this is truly an outrage. I'm not ok nor will I ever be ok with this! I lied about being raped in elementary (not one of my brightest ideas-just wanting attention) and she hugged me and cried with me. Once the truth was revealed she was very upset and disappointed because she truly had a heart for REAL victims out there. I love this lady and appreciate all the life lessons I recieved in the sixth grade that are still held with me today! This needs to go away and FAST!
