To whom it may concern

This is a petition regarding the second installment of our tuition fees. We are first year non-EU MS students that have Diritto Allo Studio scholarships, we respectfully appeal to the Politecnico di Milano board to not require us to pay the fee in the month of May 2014.

Instead, we graciously ask of the University to treat us like the students from the previous year. This would be a great deal for us, considering our major financial situation problem.
