We the residents of Little Lehigh housing ,demand the commissioners of the Allentown,pa housing Authority area (located at Lawrence court and Lehigh st and corner of Doctor Martin luther king drive )to allocate funds for a new garbage enclosure. The precise needs of this location are clearly listed below in my paragraph.

1.) We do not have a Garbage Enclosure.

2.) We need a garbage enclosure built within the current location here at Little Lehigh residence for health and safety hazard precautionsor in other areas also in need. To protect the residence families who have to reside here.

3.) This will improve the safety and health environmemt here. It will also improve the appearance of Little Lehigh.

4.) A garbage enclosure maintains trash inside dumpsters such as rusty cans,sharp objects, and or furniture parts. (kids can fall and land on these dangerous parts and get hurt). instead of on the pavements also it keeps unwanted rain water from falling into dumpsters causing the smell to linger around. The garbage enclosure can prevent this health hazard.

THESE GARBAGE BINS,do not have any enclosures at all. Their are resident who live near by. Very closely. So many children play around that area. It is a health hazard to the resident and for the the children. It's also unatrattive in appearance and unsafe for humanity. The order lingers close range to opening our doors. Thus preventing residents from opening their doors on a windy day to get some fresh air. We cant because it smells polluted.It's not fair that our children and families have to see and smell this hazard on days were trying to enjoy the outdoors. Please consider all of the cons and the pros.
