KASBAH is a modern, contemporary, and unique family restaurant and lounge experience to be located in Roswell, GA. KASBAH is a small plate restaurant that seeks to add to the diversity of restaurant offerings in the neighborhood. KASBAH will offer an ethnically diverse mix of tapas (bite-size dishes) with a creative approach to taste, texture and carefully selected ingredients to compose a menu full of delicious surprises.

I was just checking the list of names and my mind is honestly blown by how many people want this spot to open because it shows we actually care about having some flavor in our neighborhood. The momentum is honestly surreal and I had no idea so many of you were waiting for a place like this to finally happen since it feels like we talk about needing new spots all the time.

I've known the petitioner for 15 years and fully support their efforts in opening this restaurant.
I have known one of the owners of this prospective restaurant for 6-8 years and have found her to be an honest, hardworking and ethical businesswoman.

I think this will be a classy place to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine or beer or mixed drink. I support this restaurant receiving a,liquor liscense.
