Currently, South Carolina businesses could issue their own COVID-19 vaccination mandates, forcing their employees to become vaccinated or risk termination. This may be done under the reasoning that it follows Joe Biden's request to OSHA for a new rule requiring all businesses with 100 or more employees to force vaccine mandates on their employees.
Governor McMaster has vowed to fight this, saying, “The American Dream has turned into a nightmare under President Biden and the radical Democrats. They have declared war against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and empowered our enemies abroad. Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian.”
We want to hold Governor McMaster to his own words and demand that he request the S.C. legislature to pass new legislation blocking employer vaccine mandates.
Sir, It is time to coordinate the activities of all branches of the SC government. That is AG Wilson, our legislature and the executive branch. It is time to make a strong stance to clearly show the Feds that they have no right to mandate anything to any of the "we the people". It is time that the Feds be taught strongly that they work for us. So sir, step up to the plate.
