Speak out to preserve our jobs and our right to choose.

Petition Objective - 1. To have every exempt request approved without required weekly testing. 2. Local and Corporate Administration should rise to defend employee right to choose and push back against this unlawful mandate. 3. Resisting the mandate can give us time for the Supreme Court to rule on and hopefully reverse the government mandate, otherwise will result in many losing their jobs.

This petition signed by both vaccinated and unvaccinated employees all agree and demand that each employee requesting a religious, moral and conscious objection be accepted with no weekly testing unless that individual is willing and chooses to do so. This mandate is an infringement on our religious and civil right to choose what is injected into our bodies granted to us by our Creator. We cannot and should not be forced. Many in our community are against forced vaccine mandates.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 enforces this right by prohibiting such discrimination against religious belief. Title VII defines "religion" as "all aspects of religious observance and practice, as well as belief." Religious beliefs include theistic beliefs, such as belief in God as well as non-theistic moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong. There is no Corporation, Board Member or Government that can or should question an individual's sincerity or validity in any such belief. Neither does an individual require any written statement from Clergy to confirm any belief unless the individual chooses to submit one. Even requiring mandatory Covid testing for not vaccinating is discrimination, being that even the vaccinated can still acquire infection and infect others just like the unvaccinated.

Each person listed on this petition is professing and standing in solidarity for each individual’s right to choose. That choice should be respected and protected by all without fear of repercussion or mistreatment. Protecting our right to choose today is protecting your right to choose tomorrow.

When this petition is final it will be submitted to local ORMC and or Corporate Administration.

Thank you for your support.

Administration is currently ignoring our letters and questions regarding these mandates. Post this link on your Facebook page today and text three coworkers to make sure they know what is at stake for our jobs. We need to stay united and keep the pressure on management until they acknowledge our religious and civil rights.

We were here through the unset of the virus and put ourselves out there to help care for those who were sick and dying with the virus. Not knowing what the consequences would be for us and for our families. Many of us got the virus. we were here to care for our patients. We shouldn’t be forced now to choose between our job and our beliefs.

I’m a devoted Christian whom believes that the Word of God forbids us to accept certain things and entities into our bodies, as our bodies are the living temple of the Holy Spirit. And as such, to ask us to violate these Commandments of our God would force us to choose between human science, so-called, versus our undying faith in the written commands of God! Imaging Services

Medical freedom is a right not a privilege. God gave us our bodies and we shouldn't have to apologize for protecting them.

Common sense needs to prevail. This mandate is being forced on premise of a state of emergency according to our wonderful Tyrannical Government the agenda of the Corrupt regime that is head over our Country. This virus has a 98-99% survival rate please explain to me where the logic is to comply to forced mandates of the vaccines? There is strong evidence that this vaccine isnt effective in the slowing of the spread of the virus. Vaccinated are still getting the virus and spreading the virus so where is the incentive to get the jab with a 99% survival rate? This is all about compliance and its time we stand up against this tyranny now. I will not get vaccinated based on the facts I've stated and by my faith in the God i serve for he tells me that i am not to allow poison of anykind to pervert the temple of God and thats My body and my choice! God Bless
