we the undersigned do urge Jim Justice to end the state of emergency that is crippling West Virginia businesses, and treading upon the freedoms of all mountaineers. We further urge the Governor to institute a smart mititgation strategy that recognises individual liberty, personal property rights and religious freedom as guearenteed by both the West Virginia and United States constitutions

There needs to be a responsible exit strategy here. Taking away Constitutional rights without regard to what impact it may have on the overall health of a community is irresponsible and a violation of the WV Constitution itself. We must have our rights re-constituted, and a return to a new "normal", whatever that may be, BEGINNING NOW.
We need to let our economy survive now. People, for the most part, have complied, so get things opened with requesting people use common sense personal responsibility!
May freedom, logic, and safety be our goal, always.
The time has come to get things going again.
We must open open get people back to work...…..we cant let fear ruin the country.

We need a way for "non-essential" businesses that can operate without significant social interaction to be allowed to do so.
There needs to be a responsible exit strategy here.
