Dear Board of Directors,
In accordance with Article III Section 4 and Article IV Section 7 of the By-Laws Of Waterside At Coquina Key South Condominium Association, Inc., the undersigned voting members hereby request the board of directors set up a special meeting within five days notice for the purpose of discussing topics related to the upcoming August 12, 2021 Special Assessment Vote. It is imperative that members have an opportunity to voice comments, questions, and concerns related to the upcoming special assessment.
Topics to be discussed include the following:
1. Proxies (Certification of Proxies Procedure, Establishment of Quorum, Designation of Members to Certify Proxies)
2. Insurance (Policies, Costs, Coverages, Claims)
3. HOA Loans (LOE, Short Term, Fixed Options)
4. Use of Converter Reserves For Roofing Project
5. Roof Replacement (Inspections, Bids, Process, Schedule, Costs, Penalties, Committee)
6. Energy Tax Credits
7. Painting Project (Requirements, Schedule, Cost, Reprioritization, Deferment)
8. Assessment Payments (Scheduling, Number of Payments)
9. Budget (Justification for 11.43% Increase)
