You sold us the tickets for Shahram Shabpareh' concert at Hornsby RSL club on 29/05/2016. The key purpose of buying ticket and going to any concert, is to enjoy the live performance of your favorite singer which you failed to deliver it to us. Your singer could not sing, so clearly you could not fulfill the main reason of the event that you organised.
Everyone including the singer can catch cold, it is understandable but you could easily cancel the concert prior or even at 8 pm when all people came in. It does not make sense to us to disrespect the time and emotion of the people, if it does to you.
What we want is a full refund and apology because we did not get what we paid for and we were treated in a far unprofessional way. This is just a notification to let you know, we are taking legal action against you via Fair Trade NSW.
We want to have a choice to have a refund or take part in your rescheduled event. You cannot obligate us to be part of your next event.

I have officially filed our formal complaint regarding the concert with Fair Trade NSW. The documentation of your experiences is currently being compiled to support our pursuit of a full refund.

I had 9 tickets. I want my full refund and will not attend the rescheduled event.
This time wasn't his first time that he failed his organised for live performance.His friends even attacked people including me and punched us!!!
I didn´t attend it but watched the clips shated on facebook ...... it is a kind of shame to having these unorganised events.
Persian golf team, I've bought Shahram Shabpareh live concert ticket for 29 May 2016. He was sick and he couldn't sing. You hadn't canceled the concert, instead, you behave rudely and wanted us to accept a loose game instead of concert! After all the chaose you had made, some days later you've rescheduled the concert for "the first week" of July ! No date/ no time ! I want to have a choice to refund my money or attend the reschedule concert.
Ive got 3 tickets & want refund plus $100 paid for the babysitter & their appology for our inconvenience . Thanks
I have purchased two VIP tickets for Shahram's concert unfortunately singer was sick and concert cancled. I would like to get refined.
I was very disappointed with organisation of the concert and Mr Govahi should have canceled the concert.

Concert in general means a right venue, a great sound system, professionally designed stage and more importantly performance-ready musician band in which singer transform such a joyful atmosphere and memorable night for those who are attended providing on the well-organised concert sponsor. Last night was just ashamed however it was not the first or second ... Close to say as always?!?!
