Simply, Mr Linnell has left Desborough. This petition has been created so that Mr Stewart will be offered vacant position. Once enough signatures have been received it will be sent to the Chairman of the Governors and the rest of the Governing Body. As most will be aware Mr Stewart gave around 30 years to Desborough School and was well respected and liked by pupils and staff alike. Mr Stewart has left Desborough and may not want the job but the least the governing board can do for someone who gave so much to the school is offer him the job. Some may disagree but while I was at the School Mr Stewart showed all the qualities necessary to be a fantastic Head.
