- One of Emmanuel's biggest flaws is their commencement ceremony which takes place in the library parking lot. After four long years of collecting thousands and thousands of dollars from each and every student, you would think that they would go the extra mile to make our graduation feel special in a venue large enough for more than four of our family members to attend. If you thought this, you are sadly mistaken. This infuriates me and it should infuriate you too! I do not want this extremely special occasion in my life to take place in a parking lot, and I definitely want more than four people to come! If I were the parent of a student here at Emmanuel I would be very upset if I had to choose who attended my child's graduation amongst many family members after dishing out thousands of dollars! Something needs to be done regarding this, and this petition is necessary to make a change. Class of 2018, lets get our graduation moved to a more appropriate location where all our family and friends can attend!
