I've been going to El Coyote for 22 years now and truly believe that the staff is what makes me come back for more. I love seeing everyone. To honor your staff alongside the other stars would be a great way to honor them.

El Coyote this my favorite restaurant in the entire city of Los Angeles and brings back such wonderfully happy memories of the many times I spent there throughout the 1980s. Thank you to all the wonderful people that worked there and continue to work there who have made it what it is.

My friends and I have been loyal patrons to El Coyote since 1985. The staff are like family to us. We miss the ones that have retired or left and welcome the new ones.
