This guy decided and premeditated to take David’s Life that day and he is now forever gone. He should NOT be back in society so he can do it again- bc letting him go free is exactly what your saying to him ( you may do it again ) - David was so young and had so many people, friends - his family that loved him that we he passed it effected a lot of people forever. Please do not let him free
