As Mr. E is leaving Broughton, a replacement will be needed to take his place to teach IB 20th Century World Topics. Mr. Jenkins would be a perfect candidate to take his place, as he has received IB training (for Human Geography) and has had experience with a number of IB students. He is the most qualified guy for the position, and would help make the transition of a new teacher as easy as possible.
