I have created this petition to collect signatures of the University of Bath Biology students who took the BB20153 exam on 25th May 2016 4.30pm, in a hope that moderation of the exam may be considered in regards to error in the printing.
Question 1 of the paper was incorrectly printed, cutting out the bottom line. This meant the ranking that was already completed was incorrect, missing out the 10th value. This meant students spent time reordering the data, before being told some values were missing half an hour into the exam.
Not only did this error waste time by initial reordering and then re-completion the question once told it was wrong, it also affected performance in the rest of the paper, due to increased stress levels and intensified time pressure. Therefore I have created this petition to allow students to express their opinions concerning this exam.

This typo mistake we were not informed of prior to starting resulted in incorrect answers to following high mark qs - already wasting 30mins with no extra time added!!
me and another course mate were not in the exam hall with everyone else and so we were not told about the mistake in the paper at all. This caused a high level of stress, resulting in missing out a large proportion of the paper.
Thank you Mollie, personally I felt this massively affected the rest of my exam as I did the question again and spent valuable time on this. Also it made me a lot more stressed for the rest of this exam!!!
Some students that had been granted extra time due to disabilities, like myself, were not warned half an hour into the exam. Time was spent trying to figure out this question that could have been spent on other parts of the paper! Furthermore a question that should have been very simple ended up taking a lot of time and put me in the wrong mindset for the rest of the exam.
It meant a disproportionate amount of time was spent trying to work out question one, and therefore my later answers were much more rushed.
Took a long time to see and fix the error and therefore the question took longer than it should and so the rest of the exam was rushed and also delays whilst people were trying to work out what was going on.
I was also not told at all about the mistake, which will affect all my answers for question 1

I along with many others was not told about the mistake. Therefore I realised I had completed it wrong (due to the mistake) and spent around 15 minutes re-doing the question. This meant that I had less time to complete the rest of the paper and therefore did not finish it in time.
