We, the undersigned, oppose the sitting of a facility operated by Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled, or any similar facility, anywhere in the Town of Evans, in this case specifically on Pontiac Road because:
• There are enough of these facilities in the town to service the need;
• another facility would place further burden on the taxpayers of the town
• a facility would alter the character of the neighborhood; and
• there is saturation of such facilities in the Town of Evans.
