The mother of a pedophile told mr her son, who is imprisoned in Rochester, was told in July by her son that he would be moving to a new group home that was to be built in Brant. They prevented it from going up there but now Evans appears to be stuck with it. This town is already overburdened with such facilities. The new facility should be built, if anywhere, in Monroe County where the clients can be closer to their families.

Why should we take in Sex offenders from other counties, put them in their own counties.
