Locks should be allowed on lockers because the amount of theft would go down drastically or be eliminated completely. Also, locks wouldn't cause any students to be late to class because they have 5 minutes and a lock takes at most 30 seconds. Locks do no harm, in fact they would create a safer environment in our school and students wouldn't be worried about leaving their $1,500 computer in their locker.
