Cornerstone College - Give our students secure storage of their belongings at school.
We, the undersigned, call upon the school administration to provide secure storage solutions for our students’ belongings. Currently, students are required to use open lockers without doors, which relies on a "trust system", and is intended to encourage honesty among students.
However, it has proven to be ineffective, as it benefits the dishonest and leaves honest students vulnerable to invasion of privacy and theft. Students are frequently finding their bags opened, and school and personal items stolen. This situation is causing distress among students and financial strain on parents who must replace the stolen items.
We believe that every student has the right to a safe and secure place to store their belongings while at school. We urge the school administration to take action to install lockers with doors and locks, ensuring that all students can securely store their personal items.
By signing this petition, we express our collective concern and demand for a practical solution to this ongoing problem. Let’s work together to create a safer and more secure school for everyone.

It is very annoying finding my bag open with items missing, I’ve had my AirPods, food and stationary stolen over the span of a few weeks, very disappointing
My son had his basketball taken from his locker.. not happy.
Kids should at least have the option to lock their things away. Especially since equal rights means anyone can go to the school!
Yes for the safe for the students belongings
I dislike stealers, cheaters, liars. At high school my locker always always was pranked. I opened the locker and was flour bombed. I had secret enemies.
My son has had things taken from his locker on a few occasions

I would love to see this put ahead. My kids have had so much stuff stolen over the years. Even a hat with a name embroidered on it isn’t safe.
