We are a coalition of Hampden Township residents concerned about the application put forth by Penn Harris gaming to put a “resort” casino license at the Holiday Inn on Carlisle Pike. On Monday, August 30, 2010 over 30 residents expressed their opposition to the casino plan during the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s public input hearing. As a community we were fortunate to have as many voices heard on that day but the opportunity to express our objections did not end that day. As a community, we have until October 29, 2010 to make our voices heard to the PGCB. We encourage you to please sign this petition to express your opposition to the casino at the Holiday Inn. We are not a tourist community!
