Change Construction Noise Hours on Penkivil St Bondi

I'm living on 53-63 penkivil street and it's really beginning to be a nightmare that constant noise.

The amount of noise made early in the morning & Saturdays is ridiculous

Please restrict the noise to Mon - Friday between 9am to 5pm, and I would accept a longer period of construction time in exchange for no construction noise on Sat. Failing this Noise on Sat should not start toll after 10am.

I am sick of the drilling. I work night shifts and get home at 6am. I am unable to sleep due to the excessive noise. Please consider residents. I am considering moving out of the area, despite being a resident for over 25 years.

1. Any loud construction noise before 8am is totally unacceptable and infringes on our right to undisturbed use and enjoyment of real property by a tenant or landowner.

The drilling disturbs my sleep all week. It would be ideal if it started 8am or later and after 10am or not on Saturdays.

Please start at 9am with heavy drilling noises. Some people work night shifts and being woken at 7am every day is exhausting. This should be the case for all building sites in Waverley, not just on Penkivil St.

I also would happily accept longer construction periods starting from. 9:00am and Monday to Friday. I am confused as to how it has been allowed to go on when there are so many families and people living in the area.

I would gladly accept a longer period of construction at 67-69 Penkivil St Bondi NSW in exchange for not hearing the construction noise on Saturdays and reduced construction noise hours in the morning before work Monday to Friday (ideally 9am - 5pm).
I live directly across from the site on Penkivil Street and any reprieve would be welcome.
