Our goal for Pearls Hamburgers is to offer fresh, fast food with a conscience in an area that needs a piece of Americana.We want to offer a dining experience that will stick in everyone's memory of summer fun that is reminiscent of the American diner - with a twist. Our goal is to keep it simple so we can focus on what really matters - great food and great service for Seacoast residents and visitors. Our passions are food, excellent service and quality. We know that we can bring a unique dining experience to the Seacoast area that will offer something for everyone, even vegetarians! Yes, we have something for everyone.We want to fashion our business as flexible and easy to operate, so our plan is to rebuild a vintage Airstream travel trailer with a commercial kitchen that will have a light footprint, serving up food with a wonderful, fresh taste. We do not intend to move the trailer like many of the current lunch trucks. And with a more permanent location we can reach our goals for our environmental programs such as recycling our spent fry oil for biodiesel, using recycled paper goods and containers, recycling our beverage containers, and doing as much as we can to minimize our carbon impact. We have well sourced suppliers, including restaurant suppliers out of the Boston area and many, many farmers in Northern New England from which we can choose from. We will refurbish a vintage trailer to meet commercial kitchen specifications and health department requirements for a clean, sustainable operation.
