In the interest of maintaining a peaceful and quiet residential community around Father Fagan Park and the historic MacDougal St. / 6th Avenue Corridor, we request that the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs deny G.Chew LLC/Bar Ciccio a license to operate a sidewalk cafe in front of 190 6th Avenue.
A public hearing for comments on this matter will be held on Wednesday, July 17, at 2:00pm at 66 John St.,11th Fl, NY, NY 10038
