If you were previously on PUA or other unemployment in Arkansas & are having or have had issues with ADWS & getting paid, sign this petition telling the governor of AR & DOL to pay us now! It says in their guidance that we have 90 days to submit the required documents to verify attachment to the work force. We should be getting paid during this time. The incompetent people who are at fault for this are still getting their paycheck while we are going without! They need to PAY US NOW!

Seeing this momentum grow is heavy because it proves how many people are suffering in silence while waiting for what they are owed. I am exhausted by the constant silence from the department but your support keeps me from walking away.

I'm going deeper in debt fast. I had no problems with PUA in 2020. Am able to file have all weeks approved and no payments received. The supposed email you sent out was never received, however my DL has been uploaded with my other documents. What an embarrassment this is for the thousand of Arkansas citizens being treated so poorly.
Me and my husband both have been locked in review. After submitting everything needed. We have 4 kids 3 of them are disabled. We haven't received payments since Dec. Bills are piling up and we don't have money for necessities or food.
I have not been paid since 11/23/20 its shame how Arkansan being treated nothing but lies after lies being told jumping through hoops waiting in lines for hours waiting on the phones for hours just to be told lies I haven't been at all the bill was signed Dec27/20 February 16 still no pay account been locked for review
I was on PUA in March on 2020, I've done everything that PUA has told me to do to release my funds. Still nothing, I've been locked out since I took my ID to the office. I've seen in groups people get their money who just signed up for PUA!
I was sent a denial letter but I am absolutely a covered individual. I exhausted all my funds on the 20th of December and have uploaded everything requested and some stuff that wasn't just to be safe. I call the hotline daily and am met with rudeness, incompetence, and at times just been hung up in after being on hold for 1 hr and 25minutes.
I am a paramedical examiner and work until covid and have not been able to find work now that the company I worked for our of California is shut down I am suffering It was my only source of income I don't know what iscin store I try to get work all thectime
I have done everything to find a job. I keep getting emails from employers refusing my application. After they say they need help. I have worked for 17 years in customer service and can even get a simple part time job. Please help

PUA said I need a denial letter from regular U.I before I can recieve benefits but Regular unemployment says it will be AT LEAST 15 weeks before I get a written decision.
