Aiken doesn’t need more bland, generic types of development. It needs the inherent character of it’s structures to be brought out, not squashed - like it was when the alley was refurbished, for example.

Keep the charm of downtown alive. We have enough cookie cutter buildings already and we dont need to lose the historic ones too.
