It is actually happening because the album is officially confirmed. I am honestly stunned that this worked but it is entirely because of the people who joined this effort. Keep an eye out for the tracks because you have truly earned this.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the number of you who want to hear Paul tackle a holiday record as much as I do. Reading your stories about how much his music means to you during this time of year has been a gift I never anticipated when I first set this up.

Adding John's Christmas song would help bring Beatle's nation closer together and 1 song would not over take the Album as being a colabaration. It would still be Paul's Album.
I would love to seen a Christmas album by Paul, especially if Ringo were to guest on John's "Happy Xmas War Is Over." I hope he will consider it.
Rather than re-hashed old songs..Beatles or otherwise. I would like a fresh "theme" type album with magical journey - holiday feel. McCartney is one of the great composers. I expect more than an album of standards. I want a new trippy experience that would endure--such as the likes of Dark Side of the Moon, or albums of that nature. .
Maybe also have the offspring do a couple songs, Sean and Julian do their own version of Happy Xmas/War is Over? Dhani doing Ding Dong Ding Dong? How about Christmastime is Here Again that they did on their Christmas message? Ringo could do Holly Jolly Christmas?? And of course Sir Paul doing some of his...... I also think they should record it at Abbey Road studio, with Sir George Martin. Peace and Love.
Yes! I have a "Beatle-ish Holiday" playlist on iTunes that, even including things like "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reggae," still needs more Paul tracks to balance Ringo's Xmas album.
Love everything Paul sings and would love to here more Christmas tunes from him. When simply having a wonderful Christmas time comes on I crank it up it makes me feel happy!

"Pipes of Peace" is my favorite holiday video, and it always seems to be timely somewhere. And my holiday wouldn't be complete without "Wonderful Christmastime". ... Writing two of my holiday faves is a feat hard to match, except by Tchaikovsky ;^)
