The rules which SGB and LRC never approve which subject learners from depression should be withdrawn. In 1976 they were fighting for education now they want to oppress the education by the feature that we have, lets be attractive and make education being fashion as always. The rules seek all students to be like robots without hair and clothes.

Ah. It has gone too far. Patrick Ramaano teachers focus more on how the learners look. They don't care about academics. They seem to be forgetting what they go to the school to do.
I wonder how hair affects one academics, also not all parents can afford all sets of uniform, school is not being fair to both parents and pupils. Now they have to cut their own natural hair becouse it's long?

Those rules are unreasonable it's like those teachers are jealous of those learners. As for the hair issues I totally disagree with those rules. Let kids live their life .
