PROTECTING AGAINST PRODUCTION HOMES BEING BUILT IN PARKS OF PRESTWICK, WHILE SAFEGUARDING THE ARCHITECHTURAL STANDARDS TO ENSURE THAT THE HOMES BEING BUILT ARE ENHANCING AND/OR PRESERVING THE VAULE OF EXISTING HOMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

The feedback from neighbors is clear that our property values depend on keeping these standards. We are currently scouting legal advice to see how we block these production builds.

my property tax is already high enough without having my resale value tank because they want to build junk nearby. fix it.
stop this now. dont lower the bar for our streets.
i moved here for the charm and quality. if they start putting up low quality production builds it ruins everything we worked for.
total nonsense. keep the standards up!
these cheap cookie cutter houses will be a total eyesore. really hope the city listens to us on this one.

we paid good money for these homes specifically because of the design guidelines. dont let them ruin the neighborhood value now.
