Please sign this petition if you like me think it is disgusting to put parking charges on local parks and common land without consulting local residents. I believe it will cost Surrey County Council more to deal with the consequential mental health and obesity issues that will follow. Not to mention the time and money that will be spent fighting disputes with nearby residents over parking problems. I for one will never pay a penny in that machine and find it disgusting that my council should even try loading more taxation on an already very expensive area to live. I used to be proud of where I live but now I feel I'm living in a Conservative dictatorship zone. Next we'll be taxed to breath in fresh air.
