The owner of the daycare at 216 South 21st Ave is planning to demolish the house built in 1945 in order to build a 3,000 square foot commercial metal building to expand business. Residents of Parkhaven are seeking support from fellow neighbors to stop the demolition and new construction. The proposed project will most definitely alter the character of our neighborhood, have a negative effect on property values and threaten the safety of the neighborhood with increased traffic. Please help us preserve the uniqueness of our neighborhood and prevent inappropriate construction in the Parkhaven district.
