Cary Town Council, I am interested in a new park at Twin Lakes, one of the lakes is known as Hatchs Pond in Cary, NC. Please include this park as a budget priority for 2018. The proposed park already adjoins a vast greenway system that winds through Cary and Morrisville and would greatly enhance recreational opportunities in this area!

Dear Town of Cary, We have been living in the neighborhood for last seven years. It's time for town of Cary to develop the park when other communities that were developed after us got a nod. We pay taxes and dues and it's time for town of Cary to include the proposed plan into construction mode and not keep in planning mode
We were excited to buy a new construction home in Twin Lakes knowing that a wonderful public park would be within walking distance. It's been 7 years and no park yet. We were also looking forward to a Greenway loop around the lake with hopefully a lot of shade. Most of the Cary and Morrisville Greenway in our area is in full sun. Please make this park a priority!
Yes, please!! One reasons I purchased my house in Twin Lakes (on Lake Grove) was bc Cary had plans to build a park using the land in front of my house. 6+ years later it still doesn't exist.
The park would be a fine counter balance to the many commercial establishments coming up around the area and would give residents space for recreation without having to drive to get to a park. Plus the kids will thank you, especially when they are of voting age! :)
Wholehearted support for building park at this place. It will also ensure the wooded space is not used for any residential or commercial development.
With national obesity rates at a high, we need this park to encourage children and adults to create healthy habits and to have a space to just have fun!

We have been waiting for ten years for a park that kids could play and adults could walk or run whatever exercise they enjoy outside. Please consider it as a high priority since wait period has reached more than 10 years. Appreciate your consideration!
