We expect that Sangeet and Shannon remain as Co-teachers of the class for the remainder of the school year. We believe this is in the best interest of the children, is consistent with the stated values of Sunset Hills Montessori administration, and also is consistent with the expectations of parents when we contracted with SHMS for this school year. We trust that the parties concerned: the Sunset Hills Montessori School Administration, and the school's teachers are sufficiently professional to work effectively together for the remainder of the school year. If there are issues that the parties are finding difficult to resolve between themselves, we continue our offer to obtain professional mediation or arbitration services to facilitate a timely and effective resolution to these issues.
