We the parents of Hill Middle School students, support our Assistant Principals; Jeff Haeger and Patty Brand in their administrative roles and how they continuously maintain a safe and positive learning environment for our children and students. Should their contracts not be renewed in the future, it would be a devastating loss to the Hill community and Indian Prairie School District 204.

Reaching this point has been exhausting but the level of backing we have generated is undeniable. It is clear that the community feels the same weight of concern regarding the future of our school leadership as I do.

We appreciate that these 2 administrators did what they had to in order to protect children at not only their middle school, but also the elementary school in the neighborhood as well. We do not agree with their jobs being lost as a result of being safe not sorry.
Most people do not realize the COUNTLESS hours these professionals give to maintaining a safe and productive learning environment at Hill MS. Please save their positions!
Patty Brand and Jeff Haeger has been a personal asset to me and my 14 year old autistic daughter. Hill would be at a GREAT LOSS WITHOUT THEM THERE TO SHARE THEIR SPECIFIC AND UNIQUE GIFTS. PLACE ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN AT HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL.
I have had two children at Hill covering 6 years. Patty Brand did so much to help my older son during times when other administrators and teachers were not willing to go the extra mile.
Hill and Brookdale are better then this! As a parent I can't believe these administrators are in trouble for doing everything they can to protect our students!!! Renew their contracts!!!
Both Ms Brand and Mr. Haeger are excellent administrators and care about the safety of our children. It would be a great loss to Hill Middle School if their contracts are not renewed in 2016- 2017 and beyond.
You will not find two administrators who care more for their students. They deserve better.

Jeff and Patty are champions of diversity and equity in our district. I hope that they will be a part of our district and lead our students for many more years.
