Hi guys,
I would like to ask for your help.
I had a bike accident last year and I didn’t receive my letters from the court or police.
I made a video that proves I might be innocent.
The case is decided against me due to my inactivity, the only letter I received from the court is a payment slip of 4000 EUR.
The only way to do something about the case without hiring lawyers and investing probably more than 4000 EUR is to prove the fact that I didn’t get the letter from the court.
If you experienced the same problems with your mail (got someone else’s mail or didn’t receive yours), please sign this petition.

The stories about missing mail at Panorama House keep rolling in. This confirms my suspicion that it is a systemic issue.

Seeing this kind of support from my neighbors is overwhelming. It proves I am not the only one dealing with these mail issues.

It happened many times for me to receive someone else's letter/package, have a mix up with letters (room numbers looking similar since they are 4-stellig) or even see opened letters and packages laying around the lobby. Post and other delivery services generally struggle with delivering things properly to our dorm.
I have not experience yet. But there’ll be possibility for me to experience this later (hopefully not). May your case will be settled smoothly.
It happened many times that I did not receive mail that I was supposed to receive, as well as happened that I received them on my old address instead of new one, even though I changed everything with Magistrat as I was supposed to after moving to a new place.
Once, I received the Amazon package of another student living in Pano because our room numbers were similar (e.g. room 1420 and room 1240)
I once received mail for another room in my mailbox. And I didn't recieve my bank card first time.
I receive sometimes different post from previous tentans.
Many times have recieved other people's mail

My bank statements go to the wrong box all the time because the numbers are confusing. This building is a mess with the post.
