My bank statements go to the wrong box all the time because the numbers are confusing. This building is a mess with the post.

I receive sometimes different post from previous tentans.

Many times have recieved other people's mail

I have also received someone else’s mail

I have received someone’s mail many times!

It happened many times for me to receive someone else's letter/package, have a mix up with letters (room numbers looking similar since they are 4-stellig) or even see opened letters and packages laying around the lobby. Post and other delivery services generally struggle with delivering things properly to our dorm.

I have not experience yet. But there’ll be possibility for me to experience this later (hopefully not). May your case will be settled smoothly.

It happened many times that I did not receive mail that I was supposed to receive, as well as happened that I received them on my old address instead of new one, even though I changed everything with Magistrat as I was supposed to after moving to a new place.

Once, I received the Amazon package of another student living in Pano because our room numbers were similar (e.g. room 1420 and room 1240)

I once received mail for another room in my mailbox. And I didn't recieve my bank card first time.
