We demand the Texas Legislature pass legislation allowing the sale of beer, wine, and spirits on Sundays at any establishment that wishes to do so. Current law forbids the sale of wine or beer before noon on Sundays at grocery and convenience stories, and at package stores and liquor stores all day on Sunday. We seek new legislation for two reasons: 1) current legislation impinges on the freedom of Texas residents to purchase alcohol whenever they choose. 2) These laws enforce the religious standards of one branch of Christianity on all Texans in violation of the Constitution.

Its 2018 people. We should be able to buy what we want when we want. This blue law is ancient and makes no sense anymore.
