This is jst targeting and awful it’s about time someone sues the city of delano
Vaping saved my life. 30+ years cigarette smoking. Quit in three days using vape. Six months strong!!
Delano needs to get with the program and gather info on what they’re actually trying to ban instead of banning something they know nothing about. Do more research Delano!!!
They do not have the rights to ban tobacco products . As if it’s a personal choice if we smoke or not . The mayor are ruining family business by doing this .
Delano council members justification was based on their feelings as one member had said. They didn’t take facts and evidence into consideration. Also the claimed that CDC was still investigating the issue and now CDC has concluded that Nicotine vape products are not linked to the illnesses and deaths
its not fair to the people were free to vape its nit illegal to vape. the delano citt are crueks

The choices people make when they purchase tobacco products is not his choice nor is it his fault. He does not have the power to control what his consumers purchase and stripping away his products not only affects the community but his family as well.
