Final supporters
A group of parents are in the beginning stages of petitioning the Haddonfield BOE to try and implement an optional full day Kindergarten. Many surrounding towns currently offer this as an option, and our goal is to try and present information and data which shows that many Haddonfield parents would welcome this option, and how we can help the process.
Did you know?
- The New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards are based on a full day kindergarten program, yet Haddonfield Kindergarten teachers are expected to cover the same material in half the time.
We need as many signatures as possible to show interest in a full day K option.

The Board of Education continues to ignore the fact that our local teachers are forced to cram a full day curriculum into a half day schedule. Email your school board representative today to demand they address this instructional gap. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook wall so we can put more pressure on the decision makers.

My oldest was so rushed in half day. Would love to see this happen for my little one.
Yes please! The current schedule is just too short to get everything done.
Attended the BOE meeting and heard the informative presention given. I am interested in the BOE looking into this as another option for our children. Thanks.
