As president of the Tara Lane HOA, I want to tell you about this petition which we are signing. We support development when it offers consideration to the surrounding neighbors. Cutting a curb onto Tara Lane will cause additional traffic congestion which is a safety concern for emergency vehicles due to gate queueing. Illegally parked cars in front of a new house will call for our HOA having to tow, which is problematic. The natural curb cut should be on Central. We have generously offered to compromise with no movement from the property developer. We would greatly appreciate your support on this proper development issue which affects the quality and investments for all of our surrounding neighborhoods.
