I oppose this overdevelopment of one of the few natural green spaces left in Carmel.

I recently moved in to Guilford Ave and have walked the trails around the lake. I chose to live here for the quite neighborhood and lack of traffic so my child can play. I hate to see any acre of green with a for sale sign. This lake does not have a for sale sign and should not go up for sale. Seeing this area over developed and an increase in traffic would be a major disappointment. I live here, in north Indianapolis. Carmel keep your over-development to yourself, keep it out of our neighborhood
