• We The Undersigned Residents. Urgently Request the immediate Halt of the Proposed Battery Energy Storage System on Birmingham Rd in Liberty, Mo. We Respectfully Ask the The City of Liberty Council to Assess the Significant Risk to Public Safety, and Community Health the Battery Energy Storage System being planned would pose for Liberty, Mo. on Birmingham Road on the west side, next to Exising Residential Property And the Future Homes that are SOON to be built on the sounth side of this Battery Storage.

Whitetail Pond is also A Nearby Neighborhood on the westside Birmingham Rd and west of the RailRoad tracks where the battery storage would be located. There are 3 homes directly across the street from the location and One Home on Birmingham rd, whose Property line Shares the Creek that The battery storage is prposing to build next to,

Our Concerns are Environmental, Potential Toxic Emissions, FIRES, Water Run Off /Water Quality Issues, Extreme Noise levels as there would be about 63/ 50,000lb LITHIUM BATTERIES running 24/7 365 days a yr. Not to mention the 2yrs of Noise from Construction of the facility. The Information Pamphlets they have shown DO NOT Show how close the home next to the property is or the neighborhood homes behind the location where the batteries would be. Our Intention is to Share this Petition with The Whitetail pond Neighborhoods, Birmingham Rd and Ruth Ewing Road neighbors as well as the Future Home Buyers in the New Lots that will be built SOON on south Birmingham Road and All Liberty area Residents near the Community center/Middle School, Library, and Manor Hill Elementary located On Birmingham and Skyview Roads. This B.E.S.S. Project DOES NOT BELING IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA!!!

Me and my wife have recently moved into Liberty. We both love Liberty with all our hearts. However, the Battery storage will effect all the residential areas in a negative way.

Me and my husband just moved down the road and are very upset by this build plan. Why would they put that in a residential area! Find a different location please.

This is way too close to our homes and school zones. We dont need lithium fires happening right down the street from where our kids play.

Who thought this was a good idea? Putting a massive battery site right next to family houses is just asking for trouble.

I feel that this is totally different than what was originally proposed for this area. I am sure there has to be a location in the general area, away from housing, that would be viable for this project.

This is an absolutely horrible place to put this facility, especially with the new residential just down the road.

This has no place in the middle of residential neighborhoods. It could easily be placed along the Liberty South Parkway area where current industrial businesses are located (Amazon, Walgreens warehouse, etc.).

Cruel and unusual to subject residents to the ongoing sound produced by these data centers. This is going to ruin our neighborhood. Constant high frequency noise and whirring will make living in our homes truly miserable and torturous. I hope this is reconsidered for the community’s mental health and general wellbeing.
