This type of facility is a health and environmental poison. It should never be near a residential area!!! We are already getting poisoned in multiple ways with absolutely no way to avoid.

This battery plant will harm residents, destroy natural habitat, reduce property values of BRAND NEW HOMES and established homes alike. It will require rezoning of an area zoned for single family residences, not industrial. This will harm our city and our residents.

Live off of Birmingham on Lilly Lane, this is way to close for comfort! My concerns are not about vanity, they are about safety.

This is terrible for Liberty and terrible for the families that live around there and will live around there as the area is developed.

Too close too our home. This puts as at risk for toxins and possibly will decrease the value of our home. This should not be built this close to a residential area

This has no place in the middle of residential neighborhoods. It could easily be placed along the Liberty South Parkway area where current industrial businesses are located (Amazon, Walgreens warehouse, etc.).

Cruel and unusual to subject residents to the ongoing sound produced by these data centers. This is going to ruin our neighborhood. Constant high frequency noise and whirring will make living in our homes truly miserable and torturous. I hope this is reconsidered for the community’s mental health and general wellbeing.

Me and my wife have recently moved into Liberty. We both love Liberty with all our hearts. However, the Battery storage will effect all the residential areas in a negative way.

Me and my husband just moved down the road and are very upset by this build plan. Why would they put that in a residential area! Find a different location please.

This is way too close to our homes and school zones. We dont need lithium fires happening right down the street from where our kids play.

Who thought this was a good idea? Putting a massive battery site right next to family houses is just asking for trouble.

I feel that this is totally different than what was originally proposed for this area. I am sure there has to be a location in the general area, away from housing, that would be viable for this project.
I don't want our environment to become toxic!
