The following is a list of Sussex County Delaware property owners and residents that oppose the current Linder & Co. / Pettinaro application # CU-2206 to allow the Conditional Use of that parcel of land located at the N/E corner of Old Mill Road and the south side of Railway Road located in Ocean View Delaware and permit the development of 200 multi-family living units. The undersigned will be adversely affected and irreparably harmed by allowing this development that fails to protect and will harm the safety, convenience ,order, prosperity and welfare of the present and future owners and residents of the surrounding communities as well as the greater population of Sussex county.

Absolutely not to this degradation of life project! Every major connecting road through Ocean View now is a total nightmare during the season. We don't need a multi-story apartment complex to further erode the full time locals quality of life.
The proposed apartments are out of character for the neighborhood. Traffic exiting onto Route 26 from Old Mill Road already takes 4-5 lights in summer months. With 400 more cars, it will be impossible. I am against granting a variance for the proposed density.
High density living not appropriate for this (former) rural area. Roads can’t handle that kind of traffic. . . Plus continued loss of open space is disheartening. As well, rental properties pose their own particular challenges.
We are new to the area and decided to move here because there is space and it's not overcrowded. It's peaceful. I was surprised to hear about this proposal of 200 apartments in this residential area. It would lead to overcrowding and I am opposed to it.
Single family homes are enough of a problem in an already saturated area with a limited infrastructure. Apartments are an even greater threat to the infrastructure based on the number of households it adds. A very bad idea.
I oppose this for environmental, traffic, overcrowding reasons. Too much development.
Stop the building at the beach. The infrastructure doesn’t support more homes.

I oppose the development of Evans Farm. Development of this open ground means more congestion of our roads, more possibilities of our communities flooding due to run off instead of it being absorbed, plus adding to our carbon foot print.
