I oppose this for environmental, traffic, overcrowding reasons. Too much development.

Stop the building at the beach. The infrastructure doesn’t support more homes.

How much is the developer/builder paying the county in impact fees?

No more building...The wildlife has nowhere to go, the Eastern part of Sussex County does not have the infrastructure to house development of this magnitude.

This would impact all of us in a very negative way. Not to mention environmentally as well. I see more cons than pros for this development.

Making another complex in an area that is already over crowded is going to kill the wild life. The deer, turtles, Egrets. This is not ok! Being here 11 years in the same condo, and seeing what my marsh area has become since building Bay Forrest, has been heart breaking. Instead of thinking of more money, think about what matters..... the environment. Bring on more tourists to make it difficult for those of us who live here, and make a living here.

There is already a significant traffic problem. Even in the off season!

Sussex county as a whole is becoming overdeveloped, the infrastructure (traditional interpretation) in Sussex county is lagging and there is no clear plan to correct the deficiencies. This is not a good development plan for Sussex at this time and we Ned to just say NO.

I vehemently oppose this development. The impact on over-taxed infrastructure, traffic and wildlife are untenable. It will adversely impact the neighboring communities and make Ocean View a less desirable place to live.

I live across the street from this planned proposal and the infrastructure and storm water management can not handle it. This is our town not a city.

No regard to the neigborhood setting, just throw it anywhere. Planning in Sussex County is a gigantic joke.

Traffic, congestion, environmental impact, loss of wildlife habitat. This Evans Farm Project is nothing but a horrible idea. And the money goes to Pettrinaro, who is not even from this area. He’s from Wilmington. This is not a “multi-generation farmer” cashing out, as the slimy local politicians love to justify their infinite appetite for growth at any cost. Evans, Banks and others have long-ago made their hundreds of millions. How much is too much growth, without new roads, sewage plants, drainage and water infrastructure?? I guess not until people stop coming here, and then we are all screwed.

Every comment on the Evans Farm Watch page citing major concerns are validated. Infrastructure, schools, Storm water surges, health care, ect. Greed over quality of life. The proposed site is not affordable in the realm of what they are advertising. Most of the new developments are part time residents. No, No

I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE PEOPLE WAIT UP. YOU DON'T WANT TO DESTROY YOUR COUNTY/STATE AND WILDLIFE. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK AND IT WAS JUST LIKE DELAWARE AND NOW IT IS CONGESTED. DON'T RUIN IT, IT IS BEAUTIFUL HERE.
