We the undersigned call upon Welwyn Hatfield Council to allow for a pedestrian crossing on Daniells near to the entrance for Panshanger Primary School. This is a popular bus route and through road for a number of vehicles and therefore an entirely reasonable request given the average age of children expected to cross the road to get to and from school. We also ask that consideration be given to the extension of the zig zag lines prohibiting parking outside the school thereby giving the children a better field of vision. This area can become notoriously busy with parked cars and a considerable hazard.

Fix this road. It is just a matter of time.
Living round the corner and it is terrifying trying to get the kids across safely in the morning. Too many cars just speed right through.
Needs to happen now before someone actually gets hit. Why wait for an accident to fix this??
My son goes here and the traffic is a joke. parked cars blocking the view everywhere. need a crossing asap
The zig zags dont mean anything to some people. They just park right on them anyway. Total nightmare.

Used to walk this route to school and its always been dangerous. about time the council did something sensible for once.
