We the people of the east side / christian park community , strongly agree that Billy Davidson is a very positive role model citizen to many children and adults in our community and he is a great necessity in their lives. He is well known, loved and respected by everyone he comes in contact with. We all agree that he has done his time and he deserves to be released with his family and friends where he truly belongs. There are many people who rely on him including his young children and grandchildren, the young men that he coaches and mentors whom he is like a father to most of them who do not have a man in their lives to look up to, along with his family whom he is the glue to hold it together. He no longer lives the lifestyle that he did in the past when he used to get into trouble frequently so he shouldn't be judged based upon his previous record. He is very family oriented and works really hard to provide for his responsibilities. He is also the most loving and caring person who often gives his last dollar to help others. We are signing this petition in hopes that the honorable Judge Lisa Borges finds it in the kindness of her heart to release our father of 6, family member, life coach, dear friend and role model back to our community where he is very much needed and greatly missed.

Billy has been my friend since we were small children. He coached my disabled daughter in baseball and made her feel like a star! Billy has raised a family and survived the loss of his son Nicholas. He still has sons to raise and grandchildren to raise. He has a huge support system and is a huge support system to many. He is truly missed and loved He's an asset to the community and a neccesity to those who love him!
Billy Davidson has been a good friend of my family for a very long time. He coached my son , he was more than coach he was there friend. He was always there to help anyone he could . I pray that you let him come home to his family and friends. He is a good man who needs to be given another chance I hope you find it in your heart to realize this man does a lot for his community and they need him home not locked away. Everyone has a bad day or makes mistakes I really feel strongly his time would be better served doing community service and not locked away. I pray you give him the chance to prove he is a good person.
This man is a brother to me. He has coached my nephew, my daughter and his own kids. The Christian Park community is at a lose without his presence. Please release our friend and family member.
I have known him for at least 6 years, I have never heard him raise his voice at any one or act violent in any way or manner. He's always been occupied with work or coaching baseball games at Christian Park. He's a caring man that loves his family and would give anyone the shirt off his back with out any questions. I ask that you please take this petition into consideration.
I've known billy for a long time .i will admit he's not always been the best of people but for the last 15 years he has changed so much.he basically raised 3 of his 5 children single handedly he's coached not to mention mentored many young boys many who had no father or male figure in their lives .he's honestly help so many more then he's ever hurt.everyone makes mistakes everyone matures at different ages . 15years or so ago billy matured and stopped making so many mistakes he's turned his life around he should not have to serve time based off things that happened so many years ago .send him home even if its home detention/probation save the jail spaces for people who really deserve to be there
God's blessings that Billy is released to his family and loved ones.

Billy is a good person and a great father he has been through a lot of hard times lately with the death of his young son we all make mistakes but he was defending himself he does not deserve all this time let him come home to raise his youngest son who needs him he already got cheated out of raising one of his sons all the way .
